Hyde Harrington provides a comprehensive range of expertise to assist
developers and property owners throughout the construction process:
Architectural design and contract administration
Full building design and project management service from inception to
completion covering new build, refurbishment and conversion projects. A
clerk of works service is also available on request.
Planning
Advice upon land use and development matters. Preparation, submission
and co-ordination of outline and full planning applications. Design and
Access Statements for planning approval are also undertaken to assist in
the development process.
Feasibility studies
Advice upon design and initial project budget to determine the viability of
construction projects.
Historic buildings
Advice upon sensitive and economical repair, conversion and adaptation of
listed buildings including initial survey, drawings, statutory approvals and
VAT matters.
Insurance reinstatement
Acting as policy holder’s agent/adviser in the reinstatement of flood, fire
and storm damaged property including liaising with insurers and their
appointed loss adjuster.
Client’s representative and project monitoring
Acting as representative for landlord or tenant in connection with
agreements for lease or building agreements for bespoke accommodation
and as client’s agent on design and build projects including preparation of
Employer’s Requirements.
CDM Regulations
Acting as CDM Co-ordinator under the Construction Design and
Management Regulations.
