Hyde Harrington undertake valuations of all types of commercial and
development property throughout Cumbria, south west Scotland and north Lancashire.
Valuations are carried out by chartered surveyors in accordance with the
requirements of the Appraisal and Valuation Standards of the Royal
Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
We act for major high street banks and other lending institutions, property
companies and private individuals.
Valuations to determine market value or market rent are provided for the
