CityBlock have just completed another student accommodation development project in Lancaster. Having worked for CityBlock since 2001, Hyde Harrington provided Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveying, Principal Designer and Party Wall advice in relation to CityBlock’s latest project, having also managed two developments for CityBlock in Leicester and two in Lancaster, all in the region of £3m to £4m contract values, in the last decade. SSHARC were the architects for the latest scheme.
