Hyde Harrington are delighted to be project managing the restoration and development of High Wray Bank. After many months of planning the project and the close involvement of the LDNPA, National Trust and Friends of the Lake District, the project comprises the complete restoration of the historic villa and barn, external works and also an underground swimming pool.
The house occupies a prominent position on the opposite side of Lake Windermere to the Low Wood Hotel. The project team comprises Hyde Harrington providing project management, cost planning and design, Curtins providing structural and civil engineering consultancy, PSA providing mechanical and electrical engineering and Nielsen House providing interior design. Thomas Armstrong Construction commence work on site on 8th March 2021.
