Hyde Harrington are presently fulfilling the role of Employer’s Agent for the construction of a single storey extension to the existing Science Block to provide two new laboratories for the school.
In addition, the Old School Building, a Grade II listed building, is to be refurbished to provide lift and stairs access to all floors together with the provision of further teaching accommodation, additional toilet facilities, the carrying out of structural and fabric repairs and the upgrading of the existing finishes and services. The project value is in the region of £2.2m.
We are working closely with Wilson Mason the architects, Thomas Consulting structural engineers and Beech Jackson mechanical and electrical engineers to deliver this project which is presently at tender stage.
