The National Trust, in conjunction with Sport England, are currently involved in upgrading the Water-sports Facilities at Fellfoot Park situated at the southern end of Lake Windermere. Hyde Harrington are providing services in respect of Contract Administration, Quantity Surveying and Cost Control services.
The current phase of the works has a construction value of over £2m and will provide ‘state of the art facilities’ for all manner of water sports.
A second phase, which is due to commence mid 2018, will address the repairs to and upgrade of the existing ‘historic’ boat houses.
